I think new cute springy door mats or hanging flower baskets are great teacher gift.

if you go back into my archives for november and scroll down, there's a post titled CLIPBOARDS. The girls made these for their teachers for christmas gifts and would be great gifts. They are super easy to make and if you are interested I can email you instructions!
